1. What TextAutopsy Is

TextAutopsy is an AI-powered text analysis service that processes WhatsApp chat exports to identify communication patterns, behavioral indicators, and linguistic markers in conversations. The service generates automated reports based on this analysis.

2. For Entertainment and Informational Purposes Only

TextAutopsy is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes. It is not therapy. It is not counseling. It is not a clinical diagnosis. The reports generated by our AI should not be used as the basis for major life decisions, legal proceedings, or medical treatment. The analysis reflects patterns detected by an artificial intelligence model and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Your Responsibility

By uploading a chat file, you confirm that you are a participant in the conversation being analyzed and that you have the legal right to share its contents with a third-party processor. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use this service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual referenced in the analyzed conversations.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are one-time charges processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of the service fee.

Due to the instant digital delivery of our reports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the analysis has been initiated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your report, contact us at support@textautopsy.com and we will resolve the issue or process a refund.

5. Data Handling

Your uploaded chat data is processed in temporary memory and permanently deleted within 15 minutes. We do not store, archive, or back up your conversation data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

TextAutopsy, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this service or the information contained in any generated report. This includes, without limitation, damages related to relationship decisions, emotional distress, or actions taken based on the content of a report. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

7. AI Limitations

Our analysis is generated by an artificial intelligence model. AI models can misinterpret context, sarcasm, cultural nuances, and complex emotional dynamics. The "scores," "percentages," and "predictions" in our reports are AI-generated estimates, not scientific measurements. Do not treat them as absolute facts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
