The Short Version

We do not store your chat data. We do not read your messages. We process your WhatsApp export in memory, generate your report, and permanently delete the original file within minutes. No human being at TextAutopsy will ever see your conversations.

What We Collect

Chat data (temporary): When you upload a WhatsApp export file, it is stored in encrypted temporary memory for the sole purpose of generating your analysis report. This data is automatically and permanently deleted within 15 minutes of upload, regardless of whether the analysis completes.

Payment information: Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, or any financial information. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.

No account data: We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers. You pay, upload, get your report, and leave.

How We Process Your Data

Your uploaded chat file is sent to an AI language model (Claude by Anthropic) for analysis. The AI processes the text to identify communication patterns, behavioral indicators, and linguistic markers. The AI does not retain or learn from your data after processing. Anthropic's data handling policies prohibit the use of API inputs for model training.

Data Deletion

All chat data is stored using a system with automatic expiration. Data is permanently deleted within 15 minutes of upload. There is no way for us to recover your data after deletion, even if you request it. Your forensic report is available for download during this window only.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics trackers. We do not use pixel tags. We do not track your behavior on this site. We do not use retargeting ads. Your visit to TextAutopsy is not recorded.

Third Party Services

Stripe: Processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Anthropic (Claude AI): Processes chat analysis. API data is not used for training and is not retained after processing.

Vercel: Hosts the website. Standard web server logs may record IP addresses temporarily as part of normal infrastructure operation.

Your Rights
